Identify the organization and API key behind this request.

Use it to label a saved connection, and as a connection test: it needs no scope, so it succeeds for any valid key regardless of what that key is allowed to do.

scopes is what this key actually holds, which is the fastest way to explain a later 403 to a user without making them hunt through Settings.
