List subscribable outgoing webhook event types

/v1/webhooks/event-types

List the event types an outgoing webhook can subscribe to, grouped by category.

Use these names verbatim in the events array when creating or updating an outgoing webhook — an unrecognised event name is rejected rather than silently ignored.

Requires the webhooks:read scope.
