Setup​

1. Create Widget Config​

  1. Go to Automation → Chat Widget
  2. Click + New Widget
  3. Configure settings
  4. Get embed code

2. Embed on Website​

Add script before </body>:

3. Customize Appearance​

  • Colors (primary, background)
  • Position (left, right)
  • Size
  • Welcome message
  • Avatar

Configuration​

Behavior​

  • Auto-open: Open after delay
  • Greeting: Initial message
  • Working hours: When live agents available
  • Offline message: When unavailable

AI Settings​

  • Workflow to handle conversations
  • Knowledge bases to search
  • Skills to enable
  • Fallback responses

Lead Capture​

  • Required fields before chat
  • Optional email collection
  • Contact creation settings

Conversations​

All conversations:

  • Create/link to contacts
  • Appear in unified inbox
