List SMS activity

/v1/communications/sms

List SMS activity records, newest first.

Filter by status (sent, delivered, failed or clicked), campaign_id, phone_number, and a start_date to end_date range over when the message was created. Paginated with limit and offset.

Organizations that have never used SMS get an empty list rather than an error. Requires the communications:read scope.
