List WhatsApp conversations — the threads in your inbox — ordered by most recent activity.

Filter with q (contact name, phone number and last-message preview), status (active, paused, closed or archived), assigned_to (an agent's email), unread_only, and integration_id when several WhatsApp numbers are connected. Paginated with limit and offset.

Each entry is a thread header; fetch a conversation's messages separately. Requires the communications:read scope.
