Vobiz Voice Integration
Connect Expedify with Vobiz to make and receive AI-powered voice calls in just a few steps.
What You'll Need
- Vobiz account with login credentials
- At least one phone number (DID) purchased in Vobiz
- Your Expedify organization access
Part 1: Outbound Calling Setup
Step 1: Access Expedify Integrations
- Log into your Expedify dashboard
- If you have multiple organizations, select the one where you want to connect Vobiz
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar
- Click Integrations
- Click Add Integration button
- Find and select Vobiz Voice
Step 2: Get Your Vobiz Credentials
- Open a new tab and go to Vobiz Console
- Log in with your Vobiz credentials
- Click your Profile icon (top right)
- You'll find:
- Auth ID - Copy this
- Auth Token - Copy this
Step 3: Configure the Integration
Back in Expedify:
- Integration Name: Give it a name (e.g., "Vobiz Sales")
- Auth ID: Paste the Auth ID from Vobiz
- Auth Token: Paste the Auth Token from Vobiz
Step 4: Add Your Caller ID
- Go back to Vobiz Console
- Click Numbers or DID in the left menu
- You should see your purchased phone numbers
- If you don't have a number, click Buy New DIDs to purchase one
- Copy your phone number
- Back in Expedify, click Add Caller ID
- Paste the phone number
- Give it a label (e.g., "Sales AI")
- Toggle Make Default if you want this as your primary number
- Enable Call Recording if needed
- Enable Transcription and select Expedify Transcriber
Step 5: Test the Integration
- Click Create Integration
- You'll see your integration in Active Integrations
- Click Test Call button
- Enter a phone number to test
- Click Make Test Call
- You should receive a call immediately
✅ Success! You can now make manual and AI-powered outbound calls.
Part 2: Inbound Calling Setup
To receive incoming calls, you need to connect Expedify's webhook URLs to your Vobiz application.
Step 1: Get Webhook URLs from Expedify
- In Expedify, go to Settings > Integrations
- Find your Vobiz integration
- Copy the Inbound Call URL
- Copy the Status Callback URL
Step 2: Create Vobiz Application
- Go to Vobiz Console
- Click Voices in the left menu
- Click Applications
- Click Create New Application
- Name it (e.g., "Expedify Inbound Calls")
- Paste the Inbound Call URL from Expedify
- Paste the Status Callback URL from Expedify
- Click Create Application
Step 3: Attach Your Phone Number
- In the application you just created, click Attach Number
- Select the phone number you want to use for inbound calls
- Click Attach
- Refresh the page - you should see the number attached
✅ Done! Your Vobiz number is now connected to Expedify for inbound calls.

- Go to any contact in your CRM
- Click the phone icon
- Make calls directly from Expedify
AI Voice Agents
- Create workflows with Make Voice Call node
- Select your Vobiz integration
- Build AI-powered calling campaigns
Inbound Call Handling
- Incoming calls automatically appear in Expedify
- Route calls to workflows

Troubleshooting
Test call fails?
- Double-check your Auth ID and Auth Token
- Ensure your Vobiz account is active
- Verify you have sufficient balance in Vobiz
Inbound calls not working?
- Verify webhook URLs are correctly pasted in Vobiz application
- Check that the phone number is attached to the application
- Refresh the Vobiz console to see updated settings
Call quality issues?
- Check your internet connection
- Verify Vobiz service status
